- Critically review your own business plan and budget with you and your partners based on my knowledge and experience of your sector.
- Facilitate and advise on strategy sessions.
- Hold quarterly rolling implementation meetings with you and your team so that you have some discipline in implementing plans.
- Help you to see the longer term picture so that annual plans are in context.
- Design and build budget models that work year after year.
- Integrate management information so you can see how you are performing against KPIs and budgets.
- Ensure client facing staff can forecast client fees more accurately so you can anticipate danger.
